Yes, the Mullen Group supports growth opportunities for its employees and managers. Each company within the Mullen Group looks to hire the most qualified individual for open positions. Special attention and consideration are given to employees already within the group.

Some of our companies have opportunities for inexperienced Class 1 drivers. For Oilfield Services companies, this may require further driver training and/or job shadowing with more experienced drivers. For Trucking/Logistics Services companies, graduates of the Red Deer College Truck Driver Training are strongly considered.

Yes, all of our companies provide pre- and post-job training. The extent and duration of the training are dependant upon the position.

Yes, many of our companies hire apprentice mechanics and welders. If there are no current openings, you may leave your resume on-line for future opportunities. To leave your resume, return to the Mullen Group Career Opportunities page, click on Search Our Careers Opportunities, then click on the Create or Update Your Profile link. To create your profile and leave your resume, you will be provided with a Privacy Statement which you must agree to in order to access the login page. In order to log-in, you will need to create a user name and password and enter your email address. Then you will be asked to provide some specific information: name, address, telephone numbers, etc. Once you have completed this log-on, you may attach your resume. Having created your own user profile, you may use the system to be notified automatically of future positions, to log-in at any time to browse and to access your user information for updates.

From the Mullen Group Career Opportunities page, click on Search Our Career Opportunities which will take you to our web page that displays all current opportunities. From this page, you will be able to sort by province and job types or simply view all. Note: You will be required to read our Privacy Agreement which you must agree to in order to access the log-in page.

Select the position for which you would like to apply and then click “Apply Online”. From here you will need to log in as a new user or returning user (if you have previously logged in to our system). If you are a new user, you will be asked to create your own user name and password as well as some general information. Due to the diversity of positions and geographical locations of the Mullen Group companies, current job openings can be sorted by province, areas within province areas, i.e., North, Central, South, and by type of position, i.e., office, yard, shop, truck driving, etc. When you have accessed the Search Our Career Opportunities from the Career Opportunities page, you will be able to view all sorting options by clicking on the Show Advanced Search and following the prompts.
