Shared services is the sharing and leveraging of resources, people and information to more effectively and efficiently meet the needs of Mullen Group’s subsidiaries to manage our businesses with “best in class” support. Shared services are provided by the following Mullen Group head office departments:

  • Safety and Loss Prevention and Insurance
  • Information Technology
  • Human Resources/Quality and Training/Payroll
  • Operations
  • Corporate Investor Services/Legal

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Each Mullen Group subsidiary is operated as an independent, self-managed business unit, accountable for its own results, returns on capital employed and overall performance.
