Training and Development

In addition to providing specific job-related and safety training, we encourage all our people – not just leaders and managers – to continue their education, training and skills upgrading. For this reason we have partnered with SAIT Polytechnic to provide a 160-hour Business Management Certificate Program to all interested employees. In addition to this program, our overall training-related goal is to have every individual in the organization receive a minimum of 40 hours in classroom learning and skills upgrading each year.
